New 2007 Setup Logos

I got rid of the 'folder' logos that looked terrible in my opinion in favor of logos that use the pucks for 'local' games and the globes for online games. It's never made any sense to me to have 'summery' globes that were an obvious copy-over from Football Manager for a hockey game so I made winterized globes too. My logos also don't jump all over the screen when you put your mouse over them.
