Trying this out with a Columbus save, will report back on how we do.

Won back-to-back Cups with the Sharks (season 2 and 3), Marleau has won almost every single player award twice and I had 4 player sin the NHL all star team, player 5 was voted in the 2nd team.

The only downside is your goalie will never win a award, because of the massive amount of goals against. But I rather see a 5-8 win then a 1-2 win.

I've added some bias to shoot/pass and join rush/ carry puck to my forwards.
But it works as charm.

My second season I've been struggling my best center MacKinnion haven't reached single point in last 8 games. I wanted to say goodbye to him, but after changing to this strategy he is good for 3 points per game.
