What are the current years of birth like in your face pictures at the moment? Are they set to the real date/year of birth or had you previously altered them?

Another way to see how many years you need to change them by is to look at the filename of any picture in your face pics folder. Compare the date of birth in the filename with the date of birth in your game and that will show you by how many years you need to adjust things.

Where did you put the pictures? Main folder-->NHL Eastside Hockey Manager 2007/data/pictures/players (winxp)

Do this! Download a few pictures. Check that the images in jpg format and compare the birth dates of the images with the database. If necessary, adjust! It is enough if a picture of each player is available! If necessary, delete duplicate player pictures! good luck

rename ehg to png --> convert to jpeg!

It should work eventually!

EHG/PNG takes priority over JPG. So if you have for one player an EHG file and a JPG file then only the EHG file will ever be displayed.
