[EHM 2007] Players stuck at 130 CA

Hello again, just a quick question. I have some young up and coming talent that seem to be stuck at 130 CA when they have higher PA. It always seems to be 130, and I was wondering why this happens and what I can do to help them over this bump in their career.

It takes time to develop them to their full ability. You have to be patient and you can't rush them or you'll ruin them. Depending on where they are in your depth chart most prospects should play several years in the AHL before they are brought up to the big club.
