With the WHL coming to victoria next year, will Chillwack become Victoria in the next update?

The next update will still be the 2010-11 season. Victoria will be included in the 4.0 version that will be released in the fall

Is there anyway I can do it myself, I really wanna start playing with them now

Sure, there is! Just use the pre-game editor and change the Chilliwack Bruins team. Remember to change the arena, too
