EHM The Blue Line

Well after tinkering with the game off and on with the demo I am now an offically paid for member. Yeah me. But hockey is a new aspect for me. Got the game because I want to learn the game of hockey, but loved the mangerial aspect of the game. Anyway now that I am rambling. My questions. Seen it somewhere but now can not find it.

NHL level.

How many coaches can you have?
How many scouts?

also if possible can I get the same answers for AHL Level, and ECHL level. Thanks.
