Pre-Game editor extra config file help

Is there any kind of guide or explanation to how it works and what you can change. for instance you used to be able to see a future commitments thing with all college players that were committed but now it doesnt show it so i was wondering if there was something that had all the things that you can change that might not show in the "Debug_Mode"? Thanks
