EHM The Blue Line

Hello,

this might sound weird but I was looking for what was available for EHM 2005. I have both mind you, but for some reasons my brother likes 2005 better and we want to play against each other. Now, there's many update available for 2007, but all those 2005 files are now gone. Does someone has the "latest" or "best" database update somewhere in his PC (looking with google, there was some database that seemed good)? Some players in there are just wrong. I don't want a 2011-2012 file, I want to start at 2005-2006.

I have a couple of EHM 2005 databases backed up on my laptop. I'll try and get them up onto the site by the end of Sunday. I'll post again in here once I've done it.

You're right that some of the players and teams in the original EHM 2005 database are wrong. They had to be "faked" (i.e. anonymised) owing to licensing restrictions. However there were a number of projects to correct the faked players - and these are included in the databases I'll upload.

I would recommend the Unfaking Database version 2.0. This corrects the faked names and updates rosters as of 24th December 2005 - thus it is ideal if you want to play in the 2005/06 season.
