Help update the 2011/12 league rules/structures in EHM 2007

Myself, Alessandro and Marek (aka Hobbit13) are working on a project to update the league rules and structures for all playable leagues within EHM 2007. Marek and Alessandro have been doing some brilliant work figuring out how the rules and structures are stored in the game already and I hope to help them out as best I can. I plan on creating a patch very similar to the start date patch which will update the league rules and structures and, optionally, set the start date.
However we need your help. There are so many leagues in EHM to update and so it would be fantastic if anybody could help research the changes that need to be made. This will help make the task much easier as it will leave the three of us to work on the patch itself. The main information we need are the number of teams in each league and the foreigner rules. However, it would be helpful to have a little bit more information than this and so I've drawn up a basic template which can be used:
League name:
Number of teams:
No. of regular season games played:
Two-line pass rule:
Icing rule:
Overtime rule:
Shoot-out rule:
Maximum players on roster:
Maximum foreigners on roster:
Maximum foreigners dressed:
If a particular rule or number of teams, etc has not changed since EHM 2007 then simply put <no change>. It would be great if any user could do even just one league - it would be a huge help as there are so many to do (not only national leagues and cups but also the international ones).
Here is a list of the playable leagues that need updating (league names based upon Lidas v3.2):
Austria
Erste Bank Eishockey Liga

At the moment we're just looking at playable leagues. This is the top priority as this will directly impact the realism of the game for everybody.
I'm not really sure what can be done with non-playable leagues at this stage as I've been concentrating on the start date. Marek/Alessandro know more than me on this area of modification.

Alright. Maybe you should post a list of all the leagues. Some are easily forgotten.

Good point! I've added a list to the first post in this thread. Thanks.

How will this work with leagues that have decreased the number of teams? Swedish HockeyAllsvenskan, for example, now have 14 teams instead of the 16 it had back in 2006. Also, the teams represented in the leauge has changed. Will it be possible to put in the right teams for 2011 with the patch?

It will be possible to change them, but for now there is no chance to alter the number of teams. I'm confident in the future we'll manage to do it, but it will be a long process.

Until we can change the amount of teams, I'll have the top two teams not promoted from Allsvenska Kvalserien(Huddinge and Karlskrona) in Allsvenskan for my roster updates

The UHL does not exist any longer. In my upcoming release, I will have the SPHL there instead

Manimal, I would like to do that in our DB too, would you mind if we "copy" this idea?

Not at all. Last year I used the LNAH, but I've chsen to go with the SPHL instead as they have more teams and info is easier to find(My french is only average). Since the SPHL only have nine teams, I added the Richmond Renegades, a now defunct team. I believe they were the most recent team to disband from the league
Or, you maybe referred to the Swedish leagues

That is OK to copy as well

If we could change the number of teams to 12, then maybe we could use the UHL to make the Swiss NLA playable.

I don't like this outcome, still it would be within the North American pyramid, I think it would be better, if we'll manage to alter the number of teams, to overwrite the Norwegian league

That's true - ECHL, AHL and NHL teams would be able to sign the players from the league without warning - unless we could somehow remove whatever allows this to happen.

For now the shoot-out will be 5-on-5, not sure we'll be able to change it.
Creating stuff like HK Orange 20 will be impossible I'm afraid.

It's probably worth continuing to compile all of this data in case we figure out how to change other rules/structures too. I was under the impression from Marek that he was able to alter the number of teams in the league - but perhaps I misunderstood.

Yes it might be possible. Only that I guess you don't know what is HK Orange 20. It's the Team Slovakia U20 team. And such things are impossible to do I think.
