Not sure where to post this but since this thread started with coaching I chose this one.

Does anyone know if the coaching atributes change/get better with time or experience because I'v got some good young coaches and if they are not going to get any better I may give up on them. Anyone know how the coaches evolve? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, depending on the coach they will get better over time.

I've seen coaches progress as well. I've also seen them regress... Same with scouts... I've seen a lot of scouts numbers go down year to year

Anyhow, all staff run on the same system as players... so it depends on their potential and how much of that they have already reached. If they have progressed to a level that represents the top of their potential they might not increase.

Great I appreciate the info. My penguins in my second year still are not doing as well as I'd like so I was getting ready to start letting heads roll but I think I will just do a little tweaking instead because a lot of my coaches are pretty young as far as coaches go. Thanks again!

No problem. This is a good example of one of those things that if one player posts about it that probably means a lot of players have had the same question too. As a resource that's always helpful to the site

I only mention the thread title thing because if we do end up talking about something it's good if people that are new can open the forum, read the message titles and see "Oh, I was just going to ask about Coaches and stats, I'll check that one out."

We as Admins fight for the ideal world knowing it will never... EVER happen, and yet we fight on... as all board admins past present and future will do
