EHM The Blue Line

Does anyone else do this? If so, do they have this issue?

I don't like using updated rosters (I appreciate all the work that goes into making them, and I usually play with them for a while before going back to an 06/07 roster) because the missing player season-by-season information bugs the hell out of me. Such is life.

Anyway, I have tried a seasons a couple times unchecking the "Use Real Player Names" feature and doing a computer-controlled fantasy draft, but the save file reliably bugged out on me in September of 2009 both times, leading me to believe it will always happen that way. However, I've only tried one dataset for doing this (tbl), so maybe it will work fine with another?

Has anyone else played the game this way a fair ways in without issue?

I am currently playing a game in which

1 Real Player names are off
2 I did NOT use fantasy draft

I am having no issues and am in 2015-16 or something like that.

I started unemployed and have worked in 4 different leagues. Cannot see fantasy draft causing the issue.
