New UI improvements at Web Sim Hockey

Here's news on the latest update at Web Sim Hockey:
- New page Contracts Overview (Similar to NHLnumbers.com): This page shows the contracts of your players over the next 5 seasons in a dynamic table. You can check/uncheck players you want in your salary cap calculations. Type 1 free agents contracts are automatically renewed using an average OV attribute evolution. The page can be found under GM Office > Contracts Management > Contracts Overview.
- New GM Office menu layout using 6 main themes: Arena, Contracts, Finances, League and Trade Market.
