EHM The Blue Line

I'm starting a EHM 2007 sim league, but I can't take control of all 30 NHL teams, (or can't figure out how too) as it stops at 16 GM's when I add GM. I see a lot of EHM sim leagues out there, so there must be a way.

HELP PLEASE

All of the EHM sim leagues you've seen that have 30 human GMs are using EHM 2005
EHM 2007 only allows a maximum of 16 human GMs
