Installation:
1) Download Java SE Runtime Environment: http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
2) extract content of EHMTool.zip to you saved game folder.
3) setup ehmToolConfig.ini to your preference.
Notes:
EHMTool does not overwrite any files. Look for "NEWplayers", "NEWcareer" and "NEWstatistics" files... just rename by taking the "NEW" off.

When running EHMTool....
1) Set up you config file if you dont like the defaults!
2) check the box of the tool you want and type a number if needed.
3) click "Execute" (may take a moment to generate draft or input meetings).
4) When "Execute" is greyed out, review your "NEW" files and remove "NEW" from name if you are happy.

Goodies:
"SLEplayers.ehm" : all players one-per-line.
"Scout_report.txt" : all CSB players printed one-per-line.
only pot, con, positions, greed, click, skills, and ceilings. (great for xcel stuff).
What stuff means:

1) Entry Draft and Fantasy Draft formats.
in "draft.txt" or "fantasy.txt" enter draft picks as such:

**This is just one way to do a draft. If you prefer a gui method, the Entry Draft utility on fhockey is pretty solid.

**If you want a GUI fantasy draft do this:
1) run "All to CSB" in EHMTool.
2) conduct a few 10 round drafts with the Draft Utility from fhockey.
3) run "Remove Players from CSB" on EHMTool.
NOTE: if you open EHM with about 900 or more players in CSB, game will crash!
so, make sure to remove the players from CSB.

2)Custom Retire
changes retirement status of players. Probabilities are set in the config file.

3)Generate Draft
Regenerates the draft.(do this after EHM generates one.)
This will overwrite all CSB players, if you want to keep them, remove them from CSB.
You can set quite a few preferences in the config file, including # of players and lots of probabilities!

4)Improve draft skill
this improves the players SKILLS based on their CEILINGS. so if you check that box and type 70, the players SKILLS should be 70% of their CEILINGS.

5) Insert Captain Meetings
You can set a max number of meeting in the config file. If they have a meeting and have not met the max, it will be input.

6) Salary adjustment.
adjusts salary to a % of what it is. If you check the box and type 50 in the the box, they new salary of every player will be 50% of what it was.

7) All to CSB
sends every player to the CSB.

8) Adjust Skill
will adjust all player skills a percentage.
input of 50 will result in all players having 150% of their previous skill value.
input of -50 will result in all players having 50% of their previous skill value.

9) Adjust Ceiling
Similar to adjusting skill.
input of 50 will result in all players having 150% of their previous ceiling value.
input of -50 will result in all players having 50% of their previous ceiling value.
