I love the blogs! I'm up to the end of November of my first season. Once you get going it's very addicting!

I'm gonna start mine soon too!

I'm actually in November 07, so one month through the second season. First article will be a recap/sum up of my first season and then i think i'll progress on a monthly basis.

Although I'm new to the site and forum, I'll be doing my EHM Blog as well.

Plus, it's a great addition for us fans who love to talk about our teams and success within the game.

I figured it would be helpful to pull people's posts about starting/adding to their blogs off of the new item into a stick thread. So if you want to make a post announcing an update to your blog please use this thread or your thread will be locked until you can cut and paste your post here and then deleted.

So... I've been piecing together in retrospect by Columbus Challenge team's first two seasons with my blog. Once I get caught up to the 2nd Cup run I'll be doing more of a day-to-day kind of thing following by team. It's back dated to give me room so I'm up to around Februray of my second season now

Nice to make a specific thread for annoucements/updates

It will make things clearer

I'm usually not a blog fan, being easily bored to read the life of people i don't know or learning nothing from people i already know perfectly. But i couldn't resist to make an EHM blog!

I've now finished to cover my first season and will now work on a month-by-month basis about my Habs carreer.

For those interested, I fixed my back-dating nonsense. All my posts are now at least from this month.

I'd actually appreciate some input on my Habs dynasty.

My blog is finally up! I have a question though. My pictures on my screen seem very LARGE to say the least. I used Paint and Photobucket. Can someone please confirm the hugeness of the images? Also, how can I tone these down some?

Yeah your screenshots are huge

You need to resize your images using a graphics program and then re-upload them to Photobucket. You could use a freeware graphics package such as The GIMP or a trial of something like Paint Shop Pro.

Alternatively, you could use the thumbnail links generated by many image hosting sites. I've never used Photobucket so I cannot confirm whether it has this function.

I've been using photobucket for a while. I don't think they've got the thumbnail links option. If they do, I totally missed it! Anyhow, you're better off just to resize your pictures so that they fit in your blog.

Of the top of my head, I think the maximum width of images is 700px. Anything wider will ruin the layout of your blog.

Thanks for your guys' help. I think I have fixed the problem. If not, then the images now look too small. I'm not sure.

I just started up one of my own with the blues.

I got to the end of the preseason last night, but haven't actually started the season yet. I posted 2 entries already. Will likely post one more recapping training camp.

The beginning of the season will be posted in a few days, most likely.
