[2017-18] TBL Rosters v10.3

This is a 2017/18 roster update for Eastside Hockey Manager 1 (formerly known as EHM Early Access). This is a START OF SEASON roster which means that roster transactions have been frozen as of 04 October 2017. This allows us to get more work done on the database rather than simply continuing to update the same teams rosters throughout the season.

Note that the Swedish leagues are still subject to an in-game crash due to scheduling after several seasons). The schedules for the leagues need to be significantly modified and this is something we will work on over the summer in readiness for TBL Rosters v11.0.
