Teppo Numminen normally retires way before that... Unless he retired in 2010 in your game? The only finnish right handed D-man i can think of is Sami Salo?

It can't be Gaborik regen if he still playing, it just another player with the same height, weight....blablabla. A regen appears only when the original player as take is retirement.

The guy has the same birthplace, height, weight, nationality, spoken languages, position, etc and similar attributes. There's no way that guy isn't the Gaborik regen, he is identical in pratically every way.

Could it be Palffy? Or Satan?

And yeah, the regens are only generated when the player retires so it's impossible that that is Gaborik regen.
By the way, the birthplace is not one of the stats that stays the same, only nationality stays. The birthplace is just a random stat.

Judging by the original DB (!):
That Smatrala guy is probably Marian Hossa. Is his consistency 15?
Palffy is a LW, Gaborik and Satan can play LW, too. So it can't be them.

1st is that super swede who let in that booming slapshot after a centering pass to the Belorussians in the Olympics. That shot was impossible to stop even if the entire net was covered with a 6x4 plywood plank. Just a boomer. :-D

The original goalie is actually a coach in the game(but, maybe not in that database). Does he still regenerate?

I think, you are joking in here, that you know who it was. I think you mean Tommy Salo? You didn't say his name there.

When a player retires, does a regen appear right away? I always thought about that... :-k

Of course I mean Tommy Salo, and no I was not necessarily joking. Since I have no idea about Salo's height, or any of his attributes, or if he is even in the game. I just saw the kid with no glove, from Sweden, saw his size and thought....hmmmmm....Salo Salo Salo
