Quick question about the Manimal updates-regens?

Hi everyone,

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who works on these roster updates, you help keep this great addictive game alive!

I'm a bit of a veteran with these games so I started a game with the most recent Manimal Roster update. I did what I usually did with the Lidas updates: try to get as many draft picks 2 years from the start date to draft some nice regens. So I've just started my 3rd season and looking at the ISS rankings and there doesn't seem to be much there, granted my scouts haven't reported in yet. Has this series of updates done away with the concept of regens?

We have removed the players that retired at the start of the game.
The regens were too good
