My personal Early Review (short)

Post by Alessandro »

As anyone here knows, I was very pumped up for the game, after playing a bit I have to say that I have mixed feelings for it. The game itself is great. There's nothing to say about it. EHM 2007 was the best game ever, and the new series of EHM potentially can be even better. The new interface is great (even if there are some glitches), the 2D is improved, a lot of little things are more polished. But then, you need to hit the reality: the KHL is a nightmare. This is frankly very disappointing for me because I was finally looking forward a good KHL simulation as the RSL in EHM 07 wasn't all that well modelled and anyway it's now very old, but if you're planning to play in the KHL, save yourself some headache and frustration, and play the NHL instead. There are too many problems, like the lack of rules, lack of trades, lack of a lot of things.

If anyone is interested in having a better KHL, post here: http://community.sigames.com/showthread ... ated-stuff and let's hope that someone will ever read the thread.

The bottom line: Riz, thank you for resurrecting our beloved game :notworthy: Now, do another effort and give us a good KHL simulation. I will do whatever it takes to help you.

Sad to hear about the KHL not being a good experience, I was hoping to play a KHL save but will hold off. I'm sure it will be given attention. Have you tried any other league? So far I've only played the NHL.

If you are not familiar with the KHL(Like super-KHL-geek Alessandro :-D ) then it is definately playable.
The things he is worrying about are things someone with lesser knowledge of the KHL wouldn't notice

Well that's not entirely true. While I have far less knowledge about KHL than Alessandro does, NHL is still more enjoyable for me than KHL.

Also, who on Earth doesn't have less knowledge about KHL than Alessandro? :)
