How can I create my own tournament? How can I create exhibiton game?

You have to be in your schedule view and there on top is a button "Arrange", there you can select what kind of game or tournament you would like to schedule.

Oh, I know where is the problem. I was playing as a Nation. But can I create Exhibiton Match or Tournament as a nation?
