Staff attributes question

I'm curious about staff attributes. I have the SGE, and I'm trying to edit my scouts so that they have 20s in judging players & potential. I have one scout (Dan Marr) who legit has 20s, and when I went into the editor, the attributes for both were 55. So I changed all my scouts to have 55 in both judging categories, but when I saved & reloaded the game, the scouts had their same attributes. If anyone could help me with this I'd appreciate it, it has me quite puzzled. :dunno: :-?
