Russia defeat Finland 4-2! First star honours would go to Finnish winger Olavi Seppanen, who scored two goals! Second star would go to Russian center Yury Nesterov, who scored two goals! Third star would go to Russian winger Matvei Tarasov, who recorded two assists!
February 8th
The IceDogs remain at home to play host to the Barrie Colts! Arlen Mignardi stopped 29 of the 31 shots he faced in the game, and the IceDogs scored just seconds into the game, and racked up a 5-0 lead by the end of the second, and though the Colts scored a couple in the third, they never got close to completing the comeback!
