To start with, congrats on the club and job. Justin's a great guy and a good businessman as well. That's a great opportunity for ya.holydogg wrote:I'm now the proud owner of a Club in Montreal!!!![]()
Officially it's a metal club but for now it doesn't have any genre yet.
Anyone willing to play in during my grand opening??
Also, Justin Ramsay offered me a job as CEO at Plutonium Metal Records.Things are going on real fast.
Minty: How do we manage to raise genre and club rating??
As for the club TDG are all scheduled out for through to NY Fest actually and then were off on Hydra Tour for a few months so we can't make the opening

For a club to determine it's genre people just have to play there and as long as the majority of the bands that play your club are metal it will become a metal club. The wattage and ratings will all raise when you've been established, so get your workers asap. The real key to a club is having a good CEO that's why Punks in the Hall is a revoultionary club and one of the top clubs in NY

As for invites yeah, check their upcoming shows and make sure they don't have a booking for that day or are in say Melbourne and you send them an invite for Montreal the next day... watch the Company Forum for metal bands looking for invites. Then send the band leader a 'we're not worthy' type message like "We'd just love to have you honor us by playing at our Club [Club Name] on [date and time of invite]. If you have a certain ticket price you'd prefer let me know. Hope to see you in Montreal!" and then in a week or so you can send them a follow up "I know bands get tons of invites every day but I just wanted to remind you that we've sent you an invite to play [Club] at [invite time] and hope you can still make it. If a different date is better let me know. I won't bother you with another message."

Forums Yeah their system is realllly trash
