If that's what you think, you're wrong.
Mne2 was kind enough to host it here once his own website went down.

I want to add number of NHL games played for players who are no longer rookies in NHL, but when I came to Patrick Kane, I noticed that he doesnt have that tab, and thus I cant add any NHL games to his record.
I'll take a look next week and see if this is possible - i am sure it should be.
That would be great. thanks a lot!
sadly this isn't as simple as i was hoping so i haven't got this working yet - not given up yet - just need to change the way i am doing it. I just need more time.
In the editor, the ranges are from 1-20. Whereas in the game, you can set players attributes to range from 1-99 to make the game more accurate. So if you wanted Laraque to have 77, it should be (in the editor) round about 15-16, as that will make it round about 77 in the game.
If i want laraque to have 20, in fighting, in the game what number does that becomein the editor?
some attirbute are very strange with the editor.
If i want a center to have 20 in faceoffs it´s seems that 33 is the number to write in the editor. But it seems that if i write 77 in fighting in the editor i´ll get the best there.
is it different number (to get the best) on different attribute in the savegame editor?
I believe what you're implying is that there are two sets of numbers in both the game and the editor. In fact, from what I have seen, there is two sets in the game, but only 1 in the editor. If you go into you're Preferences in the game (bottom of launch page when the game opens) and untick Alternative Attribute Ranges, this will display the player's attributes in a 1-20 format, rather than 1-100. You will then have a comparable number to what is in the editor. I think this is where you're stuck (anyone else have any ideas?).
Knoeppel, which editor do you use? And in the game, which attribute ranges do you have (1-20 or 1-99)? If you are using the latest 1.5 version, then the attributes are simply 1-20 in the editor, so obviously Laraque would have 20 fighting in the editor and either 20 or 99 in the game (depending on the ranges you use).
It's easier to use the 1-20 attributes, as what it says in the editor, is what it then equates to in the game. As for the Saved Game editor, i don't use it so i'm not so sure, but i would assume that the ranges are again in between 1-20. (someone will need to clarify that though.)
I´m using the savegame editor and attribute range 1-20 in the game. I don´t think that the attribute in the game are the same as in the editor, when using the savegame editor.
For example Roberto Luongo has 9 in passing in the game. When you look it up in the editor he has 239.
It would be interesting to know how these number are connected.
Oh i see, sadly my knowledge of the Saved Game Editor (as i don't use it), is minimal, mne2 may have to clock in to answer this one. He's the man in the know.
Are those spaces between the numbers? That would be the issue if they are.
What I recommend is: go to another player, copy and paste their date of birth into the one your editing. Then edit just the numbers, so you know the format is exactly right. Failing that, like JoeHelmer says, try the month and day in the opposite order.
But, you may be doing everything right and the editor may have a problem.
Why is your Editor different to mine? In mine it's /'s not .'s. Datsyuks birthdate in my editor is, "20/07/1978" I don't see any reason as to why yours would be different.
And as Laskey said, they do look like spaces, make sure that they aren't.
