Thanks. It didn't go as fast as it did the first time around, and I really would've wanted the ECHL updated too, they're fun to play... Oh well, real world comes first, right?
Indeed Tasku, im sure some one will be more than willing to update the ECHL, i would take over, but i'm not too big on it. But if theres a decent enough source. I'm in.
Well i'll just make a start using the Extra_Config file, then obviously post it in the research lab, so people can check it's ok, and then edit the DB when it's my turn.
I have no idea about the Mac question - only ever used PC. But for your second question: no, you only need one database. This is based on the unfaking, so basically all changes in the unfake are also included in this database.
Careful Tasku--not based on kidhander's unfaking. TBL modded all the teams with no attribute changes. 1.5 is based on our TBL Database original. Which was edited from the default database. It is not based on kidhander's unfaking which has edited attributes.
Please do not get into attribute editing and whether it is worthwhile or not. That has been discussed ad nauseum. Unfaking has the edits to attributes, TBL Databases (at this time) do not. Just a difference in philosophy and implementation. Not arguing at all which is better. Both have good things, both have not so good things.
I wasn't confusing them, just thought I'd for the sake of clarity call it "unfaking", only it happens to be the TBL Unfaking, because that's basically what it does: it makes the faked names unfaked: real.
If I would've called it by it's real name: "The TBL Database", then...
This is based on the TBL Database, so basically all changes in the TBL Database are also included in this database.
