Or you have to choose team/drafting order by GMT:
For example:
In New York has GMT-5, London has GMT+/-0, Stockholm has GMT+1, Helsinki has GMT+2, Moscow has GMT+3.
First pick will be choosen at 15 pm in New York (GMT+/-0: 10 am)
Second pick will be choosen at 15 pm in London (GMT+/-0: 15 pm)
Third pick will be choosen at 15 pm in Stockholm (GMT+/-0: 16 pm)
Fourth pick will be choosen at 15 pm in Helsinki (GMT+/-0: 17 pm)
Fifth pick will be choosen at 15 pm in Moscow (GMT+/-0: 18 pm)
Did you understand?
Shortly, people who live in western choose first and people who live in eastern choose last. But you must fit your order, if/when there's many people in same timezone.
That's one way, but i'm not sure does it work cause i think your point is that you have team you choose the players.

I have also made a website http://ehmmocknhldraft.webs.com/ so we could you that. This way we don't have to do it here at ehm and it would make it easier for me to run it.

I like the website idea! I think it would still be beneficial to have everyone post here who they draft, following a template for each selection. Then you can just transfer the data over to the website and "clean it up" for presentation.
The template should be something like:
"With the X selection TEAM Y proudly selects, from the TEAM Z, PLAYER"
GM Comments: We are very proud to select PLAYER. He'll bring some much needed speed to our organisation as well as reliability in the defensive zone. We imagine he'll probably spend another year in juniors with the TEAM Z's and will make a run for the team in 2011.
Name: PLAYER
Team: TEAM Z
Height: 6
Weight: 7
DOB: 1/2/3
ISS Ranking: 55
Drafted: 12
Obviously the GM comments can be made up from the person's knowledge of the player (having read NHL.com, TSN.ca, Hockey's Future, ISS Scout comments, their own thoughts) and all the actual data (weight, height etc) could come from a linked website (again, hockey's future) that provides that sort of information which each "GM" would be required to find out.
What does everyone think of that??
