Trotz won't have a clue in Washington what to do.

1. He now has no goalie
2. He now has no defense
3. He now has forwards.


Does that really sound like A Trotz team? 17 years with the exact opposite of that. LOL at Washington.

Yes. It'll be interesting to see how he'll manage a team that's the opposite of the Predators. :-D Anyway Capitals is a pretty messed up team imo, so I don't see anyone right now getting success coaching them. :roll: But who knows...

If management doesn't allow coaching staff to change Ovi's attitude nothing will change. If they want to let Ovi be selfish and offense only they need to bring in some real gritty defense minded guys for the 3rd/4th line which they haven't done.

Rutherford could be the next Pens GM. Not sure about that really.
