Offered contracts

So I'm trying to rise up in the Leagues playing as PYRY from Suomi Sarja in Finland but I have a big problem when trying to get better players.
After a season when the free agancy opens up again I try to get some good players and I give them pretty good contracts but after a few days some team froma higher league has given them a better offer.
The problem is that the money I put on these contrac offers never return to me so I miss the money and the player and with a budget on like 30K for new players it's really annoying to waste over half of that on players I never get.
I see that in "team Finances" I find the moeny for offered contracts in "availible fund calculation" but it's been a whole season since the contracts. HAve anyone lese had this problem or is it even a problem and it's suppose to work like this? Please answer so I can stop wasting my money on nothing.

While I'm still not actually playing FHM (far to many bugs/issues), I am still following the posts on the FHM/OOTP site...and my understanding is what you're experiencing is a known bug. It seems the bug was addressed in the last patch on May 30th http://www.ootpdevelopments.com/board/f ... -17-a.html
