Does anyone know if club elected salary arbitration can occur ingame? https://www.reddit.com/r/EHM/comments/4 ... bitration/

Yes, it's when an RFA and the club can't settle on a new deal and one of them files for arbitration. Then an arbitror will set a salary after hearing both parties arguments. The side which didn't file for it can then chose to take a 1 or 2 year deal on that salary.A9L3E wrote:What is salary arbitration? Something NHL-related?

Well, actually this happened to me in-game..I got 1 RFA with qualifying offer, an European defender, 1st round pick, 24 yrs old, but I doesn't want him in my team because he suck, actually he quite good in junior which made me to draft him, then I play him 2 years in minor, so-so..since I got no right handed defensemen, I put him in NHL, 2 season, average around 70+ games, still suck..Bam_Margera wrote:Yes, it's when an RFA and the club can't settle on a new deal and one of them files for arbitration.
