Forum rules

Poor practice and prospects output

Hi!

I'm quite new to these forums even though I've been putting some serious hours into EHM (07) over the last couple of years.

All in all I think i'm a pretty good manager, with some insight in the basic mechanics of the game but there is one thing that I need help with. Somehow I can't make my roster or my prospects (even unsigned ones) to develop in the same pace as they do on other teams. I always make sure to hire pro coaches and see to it that my top prospects get a bunch of ice time but more often than not, it doesn't help at all?

I'd be super grateful if some of you vets in here could share a few tips on how to improve these things. Bugs me all day long.
