which unfaking db is the best?

I need help on choosing which unfaking database is the best. I know there's Smetana Roster Update, and Unfaking DB v1 v2 and v3, but which one is the most realistic one?

I recently downloaded Unfake DB v3 but I didnt like it. It is up to date all rit, but Crosby's and Ovechkin's attributes are way worse than what they should be. Another thing is that when you click on Mario Lemieux's name in Penguines unsigned prospect menu it will show that there's no information associated with him at all! Lemieux is a non existance in v3, except for being the chairman.
Also, the coaching attributes in v3 are just weird. Many of the assistance coach have lots of attributes that are 10s and 11s. I used the pregame editor to check and found that all of the number for their attributes are 0 except for one or two attribute.

I recently installed patch 2.1.3 and the system for editing attibutes are different than 2.1.2. Which explained the 0s for all the assitance coaches. Can someone also explain how it work please?

Version One: General Unfaking, up to date at the beginning of this season
Version Two: General Unfaking, players moved/traded/etc. up to around December
Version Three: General Unfaking, some players tweaked (Ovechkin, Lundqvist, Prucha), players moved/traded/retired up to around March
(Lemieux and Palffy retired)

A few notes about v3 from my side :
- I did not touch Crosby and Ovechkin only got better wrist shot and reputation.My goal was to slightly update some rookies who had a REALLY bad stats like Prucha and thus no chance making it to the NHL.
- I have retired Mario and moved him to chairman but he is still on the unsigned prospect list which seems to be a bug in the agme or in the editor
- no idea about coaches as I did not touch their attributes.Try to update the game to 2.1.3 and then install the latest unfaking v3 and start a new game.

I am using 2.1.3 rit now and combine it with unfake v3.

I was using unfak v1 before with 2.1.2 and Crosby, Ovechkin's attributes were set very realistically, i'm just wondering why in v3 they change back to near default attributes?

About the coaches' attributes, I think only famous NHL Head Coaches have set attributes. The other less well know NHL head coaches and assistant coaches have random attributes that are determined at the start of each new game, which I dislike alot.

For example, Michel Therrien (Pittsburgh Head Coach) have CF:11 CD:18 CG:10 in one save game, and when I start a new game he crazily changed to CF: 10 CD: 17 CG: 18!?!?!? and the only assistance coach of the pens, Mike Yeo I believe, has random attributes as well.

Does any of you use the pregame editor? Go check alot of assistance coaches' numerical setting of their attributes in the editor and you will find that many of them have settings that are all 0. Its like their every ability are randomly determined before each new game. RdeceKrilo, I hope you can tweak the coaches too for a more realistic feel. Maybe in v4?

just a suggestion.

p.s. RdeceKrilo, I believe you forgot to add Joe Mullen as the head coach of the Pens AHL affiliate team in v3.

Unfake v1 - Names changed, a couple of Euro prospects' potentials changed.
Unfake v2 - based on the above but more player attributes changed. Players transferred.
Unfake v3 - based on the above but even more player attributes changed. Players transferred.

That's as far as I'm aware.

Well I am "retired" from unfaking project for now as the research for EHM has begun and I have less free time because of other activitiess in my life.Keep on posting bugs and suggestion as Kidhander will probably do a new update (if he is not too lazy
