As we all know, this is solely a single sim game. In other words, it doesn't have the multiple season career mode like EHM does. So at this stage don't expect it to be a replacement for EHM. However it has been announced that Brian van Wyk at Wolverine Games will be implementing a career mode in a future version (there is no confirmation yet whether it will be the next version or a subsequent one).
