And yesterday I made a trade for some goalie as a throw in and rid of my higher cost no good goalie. Turns out hes a pretty good Cechmanek regen(18 flair, high reflexes). It is him right?
Unranked by ISS, drafted in the 4th round (112th overall, 2010 draft) because all three scouts wanted me to pick him. At the time they had him pegged as a 4th liner, but he's made steady progression in the last year and has climbed up my depth chart pretty quickly. Just wondering who he could be a regen of, if it's anyone well-known.

Yes. And if you use the saved game and pre game editors you can figure out who the regens are of much easier. Just take all the normal stuff you use to locate regens(Height, Nationality etc.) And combine it with looking for a guy with a similar PA.
I can't for the life of me figure out who this is. I looked at his PA in the Saved Game Editor to figure out who's regen he is and i can't find anything that fits. Lidas DB 2.3. His Potential Ability is through the roof at 172. Consistency is 13. 36th Ranked player for my upcoming draft.
Im confused on something. It was stated that to be able to tell if someone is a regen you look to see if they have a consistency number on the information tab.
Is that still true? Because I am looking at real players that have a consistency number. I am using Lidas 3.0 btw

That is true with default rosters. In Lidas rosters the debug-mode has been activated, so now you see consistency on all players.

Thanks. So I guess you need to use the pre-game editor to see who is real and who was a regen?
When would Regens be created in the 3.0 database? Would we start to see them as early as 2008 draft?
ok, i just learned about the regens and i looked for one in the draft. Its only the 09 draft but the guy i saw is a european so i thougt he can be a regen right?
To make it sure i searched for him in the pregame editor and he wasnt there, so he has to be a regen! but now i start the saved game editor and see this:
Country: Sweden
PA:160
Primary Position: Center
When i filtered the pregame editor with this info. there was no player! how can this be?
Petr Nedved matches pretty good but he isnt swedish...
