Hi
Hope this is the right spot for my question, I tried to search the forum but could not find any answers to my question.
Im thinking going one step further and start training my players, but I like to know what each training setup do on the players.
I know that def. is good for my D- players and so on, but more exactly? If I for example train Mark Eaton on Def. what is it in his attributes that gets better?
And If I train a player like Tavares on Off what attributes gets better?
Are there a list or something to explain what each training do to the players?
What does each training setup do?

There's a whole section in the EHM Guide here on practice.

Thanx Richie Daggers Crime.
I have allready read that, but what I like to know is what each training- setup do to a player.
When I place a player to train for example Off, down at the bottom you can change some from L, M, I. There is one that says tactic, is that the technical attributes on the player. (example dribble, dekes)
And also how long should players be training one thing before changing the setup?
Sorry for all the questions, but I have allways had my coach doing this but he allways have everyone accept the goalies to train generell and I like to train them myselfe.

I forgot who I copied this from, so I take no credits for this post. I found this write-up really useful

Is It normal that players looses attributes when training them? was looking at some players now and a lot of them have dropped 1-2 points on a couple of attributes, not many have gained points.
Am I doing anything wrong, should I change the training setup often, now I had them train one setup for 7 days and then changed but thats maybe the wrong way?
