Hey everybody,
I have done a little research but cant find a solid answer.
Now that EHM 2007 isnt available to buy or download anymore I was wondering if I can transfer my purchased copy from my previous computer to my new one I just bought.
Unfortunately I cant seem to find the CD either...
can i transfer the files via usb or another device?

Are you sure you have a CD for EHM 2007? Apart from the very limited number of special CDs printed (for Scandinavia, I believe), EHM 2007 was digital-download only. All you need to install it is the setup file (found here)
After that, you can install EHM on a maximum of two PCs. If you need to transfer a license from one to another, you'll need to unlicense the game from one PC, and the install/license it on another.
To transfer game-related files, like saves, custom databases, etc., you can simply copy them to a USB drive, and then copy them over to another PC.

If you ever lose your license code then if you contact eLicense via their website they will be able to help you (they normally reply within 24 hours). They can also reset your licenses if you lose any of your licenses (e.g. if you have a hard drive crash and cannot therefore unlicense the game). There's lots of info here about eLicense: http://www.ehmtheblueline.com/forums/vi ... &start=175

Wondering if anyone can help me here...
I have had the game since the year it was made and had it on two computers at home. One of which is done. I am wondering if there is anyway I can still get that license off the computer even though I have no access to it.
If anyone can help me that would be great. I don't know if it is possible or not.

Welcome to The Blue Line! For a moment, I thought you were timmy_t!
I think the solution would be to unlicense the copy you have working on your working computer (you don't have to uninstall it to unlicense it). Then contact eLicense to ask to reset your licenses. Once they have done this, you will have all your licenses back. You can then re-license on your working computer and you'll also have your spare license back.

Would it work if I reset the licenses now? I am away from home for a little over a month and won't get the chance to do remove it from my working computer. If that doesn't work, I will just have to make my trial run last. So not a big deal.archibalduk wrote:Welcome to The Blue Line! For a moment, I thought you were timmy_t!

I'm afraid I've no idea. I'm not sure anybody has tried to do it this way before. Perhaps if you contact eLicense and explain that you've lost one of your licenses and would like it reset?TimmyT wrote:Would it work if I reset the licenses now?
