Destinee Hockey Demo Out!!!

The guys from LE, while working on the new version of their hockey manager which i hope will be great, have released another game meanwhile and brought out a demo. Its a hockey career manager called Destinee Hockey, and i had really fun playing it. Its good sign for their new GM game. The only setback is that this game her ei only in french.

Still its worth trying out, as you can see what we can expect form the new GM game. I really loved the Destinee Hockey demo even if i dont speak french and had to google translate nearly every sentence.

I am trying it out now and it's fun! My french isnt the best so I don't always make the right decisions. I created a goon and I'm playing for the Sharks AHL affiliate in Worcester. I scored a goal and got in three fights in my first game. Got voted third star!
However, I am still a virgin (yes, you can get laid in the game )

I d be really surprised if i could get laid in the game, seems very unrealistic On the other hand i also can skate in the game, so you never know.

So Manimal...is the game pretty thin? How much time of enjoyment can be had in this one? Is it just silly fun?

The demo I played is like Create-a-Star or Be-a-Player. You create your guy, choose an agent and then he gets drafted. You try to make him better by getting exp. points from his game play, practises and such. Add to that a personal life. What does he do between games? You can get better equipment, nicer car and throw your money at the stock exchange, for example.
I fear the game will get repeticious after playing it for a while. I must play some more to see. I am still having fun and my French is improving. It helps that my gf lived eight years in France so I sometime ask her to translate
