Say I want to change the colour of the red part of a jersey into black, just simple one colour to one colour. Help needed! Thx!


 There's a big text file along with it all about using adjustment layers. They allow you to change a color and then change it again and then remove it entirely while retaining your original image; it also allows you to paint on the changes with as small or large of a brush as you want.

  There really are tons of those tutorial sites too; a lot of them are basically indexes that pull together sites that have say 10 different tutorials available so once you start with one you can bounce around checking things out picking up tips almost endlessly. The techique I used to create the "look" of my Etched Steel Skin (link to the screenshot) came from a tutorial on creating textures for example.
