Petr Čajánek - His team in the history for years 1993 to 2001 is "Zlin ZPS AC". This should be changed to "PSG Zlin" - the current name, so it would appear in the game instead of "unknown team".

After some tests I think the key to having a player not be a rookie is under Player Info: NHL Games (and possibly Regular Season). If I gave a player Club or League Stats, but left NHL Games at 0 he was still a rookie. If I put 5 NHL Seasons and left NHL Games at 0 he was still a rookie. I'll try a few more variations, but hopefully all we'll have to do is add a number to NHL Games and that will fix it. It seems like the highest number I've seen on that is 200, so maybe that number is also used for waiver eligibility or something. Apparently beyond 200 doesn't matter.

This is correct. The NHL games played is the deciding factor on rookie status.
For waivers, it is the 200 games limit and/or time spent on the team(set by date joined club at start up)
Perhaps it really should be date joined league, but I have edited them as to when they joined their current teams

A problem for editing this is that not all players have a Player Info-tab. When trying to add it the editor jumps to editing their rights.

If Archi somehow could make a tool to update the Player Info, that would be great. If not, then I will do it manually before the 5.0 version next fall. I will go through every player anyway on other matters

I'm pretty certain I can do this. It shouldn't be too difficult either. I'll get to work on it fairly soon and at the same time as the converter.

OHL History looks good. A correction though. Ramon Lopez of the Saginaw Spirit is listed in the game as being from Toronto, however according to Saginaw's website he's from Fort Lauderdale, FL
