Owing to the ever increasing requests for help with regards to running / installing / purchasing EHM, we have created a dedicated Technical Support Forum for all such questions. Hopefully with a centralised forum (and plenty of sticky threads for common questions), we can help users find solutions to their problems more quickly.
Over the past nine months, the Moderators have been receiving ever increasing numbers of Personal Messages and emails asking for technical support. I feel it is unfair to expect one Moderator to find time to try and help a user when we have a whole community who could answer the question just as well (and there is likely to always be at least one user with the time and knowledge to respond). With the introduction of the Technical Support Forum, I feel there is no reason to send PMs and emails to Moderators asking for support. The new forum is easily visible on the site and it has plenty of useful threads covering just about every problem/issue/error imaginable for EHM. For this reason, Moderators will no longer be responding to PMs or emails requesting technical support.
Please note that all of the help offered in the Technical Support Forum is completely unofficial. We are not in any way affiliated with SI Games or eLicense. However we will all do our best to help users in difficulty.
Anybody who is interested is welcome to contribute to the forum by writing their own frequently asked questions threads to help other users (here is an example of one I have written for the CSD Patch).

Agreed! Makes it much easier to troubleshoot problems and easier to help point someone else in the right direction if they're having problemsbatdad wrote:Excellent idea Archi
