Euro national team management question

Post by B. Stinson »

I recently applied for an open job as the German U-20 manager, but I am currently managing Kitchener of the OHL. This got me wondering: I know you can manage your normal team while being the manager of Canada or the USA who both employ tempararily, but what about the Euro national teams who employ managers 'permanantly'? If you get accepted to one of these teams, will you still keep your normal team and be the permanant manager for both teams, or will you basically be changing jobs?

You manage both. I coached CSKA Moscow and France/Hungary at the same time on multiple occasions.

That's good to hear.

Eventhough I got rejected by Germany, I'd still like to manage a Euro national team since they don't employ managers per tournament like Canada and my home, the U.S.
