We will add it. Alesandro has the db right now. Do you have the time to do it? You need to look over the Hungarian and Romanian leagues to get them right, too

You can add any unplayable league to the game without any problem. I just created the MOL league, btw. The league is now dead so it was quite simple

Thank you to Reave and Lazion for both providing yet another huge batch of research. I have updated the list to reflect this and also some teams I have completed.
I have added the seven LNAH teams to the list as they will be playable in 5.0. Beware of the spellings of their names(I did not list the correct ones here, but they are in the db)
Archi, does Saint-Georges need to be spelled with an under score for their comma-sign?

Thanks for pointing that out. There's so many teams I have to put in blue that it can be easy to miss updating a team on the list. If anybody else finds I've missed making a team blue then please do prompt me.

Yes that's correct. The correct team names are listed in the spreadsheet that all researchers use - so they should hopefully see that an underscore is required rather than a comma (the same goes for player names). However, I will do a search of the spreadsheet once we have finished the research in order to ensure that the underscores are there.
P.s. I have updated the post with the full LNAH team names.

It does have some bearing to this one, though. I have kept the old team name in the db.
Now that I am thinking of it, that would screw up club records for the players that are still in the organisation, won't it?
It doesn't really matter too much. Any incorrect team/league names will be picked up by the Updater. So I can do a test run with the data, correct any mistakes and then import it into the master DB.
Theoretically there shouldn't be any issue if we're all going by the Team List included with the Research Spreadsheet, but I know a team's name might look right on HockeyDB, etc but not match what's in EHM.

I'm afraid that's not possible. Stats can only count for one team. If you rename St Michael's Majors to the Steelheads then all existing stats will refer to the Steelheads. The team name cannot be changed individually for any stats line - the stats always reflect whatever the team data says.
The only way to do it would be to create the Steelheads as a new team, but this would prevent the Player Info being correctly generated. I would advise against this method.

I renamed the St. Michael's Majors to the Steelhounds but I also created a new Mississauga St. Michael's Majors just so that the game does not look for the name in vain.

Thank you to Stastny26 and Reave for yet more histories. They have both made a huge contribution. I have updated the most recent list in the post above.
I will get my ECHL histories finished this weekend and I'll pick up a couple more teams. I've been so busy concentrating on getting the UK rosters finalised for the Manimal Rosters (so that I can get the UK league histories started) that I haven't done much history work recently.
Lazion ... I read you are going to work on Austria ... great! Mind you, I created some players and will create more later. I also retired some guys, but I doubt you'd find their histories. One of them had an Eliteprospects profile tho, Michael Novak. Don't research him.
