As always, both CSD and 2006-adjusted versions are available. Before you start up your first game, please read the below important note (regardless of whether you use the CSD or 2006-adjusted DB):
IMPORTANT NOTE: When selecting which leagues to play (on the League Select Screen), select the start earliest start date available. If you select the NHL start date with a European league selected, the game will likely crash. This is because the the NHL start date is too late a start date for some of the European leagues. So long as you select an August start date then the game will work fine. As a general rule, always select the earliest start date from the drop-down menu:
