Re: Franchise Hockey Manager Beta
The game looks excellent so far!
Note: The Canucks have 2 prospects names "Matt Beattie" in the game. And there is a typo in the "Personeel" screen. It says "Standart" rather than "Standard"

This sort of stuff will be everywhere so make sure you note it all down and enter it in the relevant forum at OOTP!Thricecube wrote:The game looks excellent so far!

Whaaaaa. I have not bought it yet, I just don't have time today. Real life is keeping me busy. I want to waste time and buy this thing.

Wow...the FHM board has gone bat rubbish crazy...as predicted. Someone else posted it was up before the OOTP guys could officially posted, and when I called them out on it was told..hey let us be excited.
I think I'm staying away from those boards unless I find something majorly wrong.

Have had an hour or so with the game, mostly just playing as I would EHM.
One thing I've noticed is a drastically high number of injuries.

I might have missed this, and it may be a previously stated question, but I haven't been able to find where you "Play the game" as in go to the screen where you can sim period by period etc.

Re: Franchise Hockey Manager Beta
Its oddly placed...
On the day your team plays click on League > Scores and Schedules, advance to that day and your team should have a "Play" button on bottom right.

I don't have account on OOTP forums so I post this here: I got a bug with shootout after OT, the game stops at 5min but the clock keeps on going (at 19mins by now) And the shootout doesn't start

I got the same thing; First game I played went this way.Saapas wrote:I don't have account on OOTP forums so I post this here: I got a bug with shootout after OT, the game stops at 5min but the clock keeps on going (at 19mins by now) And the shootout doesn't start
A few people over at the OOTP forums reported it, and Sebastien will be looking into it.

Re: Franchise Hockey Manager Beta v0.9.0 Discussion Thread
So knowing the way I am.....I am not going to get this game for a bit. At least until the next build. Just too much that would frustrate me to no end in the game. Spelling mistakes and typos....grammar issues...crashes...
realize it is a demo, was just hoping would be a little further along since it has been in a private demo for awhile now.
Not complaining, just the way I am personally I don't want to put time in and have it crash.
I can tell this game is eventually going to be awesome, and I will be all in on it. Just not for now.

I tried a historical game as unemployed as I want to see how the history unfolds, but one thing is bugging me. If I forgot to advance day by day from June 30 to July 1 the game crashes.
After logging in to report this I saw that I wasn't the only one having this problem.

Ha! I don't think that's something that will make the first version of the game unfortunately.MWE wrote:Jst noticed as well I've played almost a full season of EIHL and there is no Challenge Cup lol
Btw, if you have the spare time and inclination, would you mind posting where each EIHL and EPL team finished in the league at the end of season 1 please? It'd help me compare with my sims.
