I thought it odd it wasn't loading for me. Then odder when the site-tester sites like downforme.com kept saying it was up and the problem was me. It isn't. They're getting heavily DDOS'd and don't know why.

The purchase site at esellerate.com seems to be working just fine still though. So if you're planning on pre-ordering it should still work. Not sure how or if this is affecting beta delivery though...

Still getting errors on my end. I've played around with different DNS servers too, and even tried hunting down direct IP address and using it and I get a webserver default setup page instead.
