Hy there, i took over the identity of russian Oleg Suvorov. Mister Suvorov is brand new to coaching an ice hockey team. He has experience as a former minor league hockey player.

Oleg got the oppurtunity to manage the Tri-City Americans in the US Junior League. That's kind of paradox that the americans trust on a russian GM. But after aller it is a fantasy world where we are. It is my custom database i have here.

I just hope we made the right decisions. Our head coach Jim Hiller will be responsible fot training and games, though he has to use tactics and lines that Suvorov choses.

Three players were invited to training camps of NHL teams. All three would of course been top players in our team, so i hope they will stay with me:

Zachary Yuen, 19 Year old canadian defender, try-out with the Jets
Andy Welinski, 19 year old american defender, try-out with the Ducks
Colin Jacobs, 19 year old american center, try-out with the Sabres

In the preseason ratings of the media we had several players in the Top 10:

4th Mike Comrie (1st place got Jake Paterson of Saginaw)

Defenders:

3rd Zachary Yuen (1st place got Derrick Pouliot of Portland)

Left Wing:

2nd Hunter Shinkaruk (1st place got Stefan Noesen of Plymouth)

4th Brandon Magee (1st place got Curtis Lazar of Portland)

Right Wing:

Seeing this i would think that the Americans and division rival Portland are the big numbers in this season.

Justin Feser was signed by Western Ontario Mustangs in the American Interuniversity Sports Canadian Conference. He achieved 20 points in 30 games for our team.

Another Top player was signed during the season into the college league
D Drydn Dow was signed by Michigan Wolverines in the American Interuniversity Sports. In our team he had scored 24 points in 43 games with a +15 rating.

The loss of three top players might be the reason we missed the playoffs barely. In every other Conference we would have reached the playoffs as we were 11th best team in the league.

That was interesting ... my first draft in EHM 2007.

not exactly great players, but we will see what we can make of them. As my hockey knowledge is limited i just have to trust that my staff has made good proposals.

In the Import Draft we drafted two swedish forwards.

We doubt that any of them is able to improve our squad, but we will see

Shinkaruk, Comrie and Forsberg were drafted in the 1st round of the NHL draft, Rankin in the 2nd round. A few others later.

In the Finals the Kelowna Rockets beat the Green Bay Gamblers 4:3 in OT where Carter Rigby scored the deciding goal.

We did lose quite a bunch of players again in the offseason. Fans player of the year for 2 times in 2 seasons Colin Jacobs (147 points in 138 games) is now too old while top stars Alex Forsberg and Hunter Shinkaruk and Mitch Topping were signed in the NHL.

This season no player of our team was selected in the draft.

In the Bantam Draft we selected LW Marc Alan McKay with the 7th Overall pick.

Champions League of Hockey was won by the Sasketchewan Huskies ... The Canadians were able to beat the best of Europe.

We will meet the Spokane Chiefs in the playoffs ... not a really good opponent for us as i lost the last 3 games against them. Connor Rankin has signed in the college league so he won't be able to help us. We had a little luck though as Eric Comrie and Hunter Shinkaruk both have NHL contracts but are sent back to us ... and they were key players:
