Quick FHM Questions

So, I'm happy to see OOTP's FHM is coming along and in beta testing ...

Ignoring the UI issues some seem to have, the AI needing tweaking etc ... I have some questions I didn't easily find in any of the current threads :

1) How "realistic" do the sim results feel? Are the league leaders getting crazy amount of goals or appropriate levels? assists? points?

2) Prospect Development ... ok I'll admit I haven't done my research, but how does this work in FHM? Do the results seem more natural and easier to obtain than EHM? My biggest frustration with EHM was poor stat distribution where you have what appears to be a great player with horrible skating skills etc. While it is realistic for some high draft picks to never pan out, the ability to grow a prospect into a servicable player was frustrating at times. In fact in my experience the 4-7th rounds of the NHL draft never produced a player who cracked my NHL roster, while in reality we should see some players at least become depth/roleplayers on your big team.

3) As of the current beta, is it possible to play multiple seasons without major issues? IE there's new draft prospects to replace retiring players etc?

I have found the database to be very rough at this point. The researchers are working their tails off to get things right for release, but there are a lot of unresolved issues with gameplay itself that really need to take priority, IMHO.
