To only predict the winner in these kind of matches woudn't be that interesting. As we all know who will win in ~90% of the matches.
A test for what? Who was interested in the World Championship? or to see if anyone would understand how it works? Not sure how anything you put in there equates to a test.
I mean asking us
What is 2x2
What is 10*4
Those are tests. What you put up was a competition that you were going to run, that would require time to deal with, and time to calculate the results...tons of it.
and no...sorry but about 50 percent of those games picking the winner is not that easy. France, Norway, Slovenia, Germany....all teams basically noone knows anything about .... all games that are winnable for either team...
Well maybe not France.
Then you have the other half ... Sweden, Canada, Russia, USA, Czech, Slovakia...where you never know (even Switzerland) what will happen.
I did not include Finland for a reason...apparently their team has about 0 NHLers this season, so may be the weakest Finnish team in a long long time. (I read that somewhere, never bothered to look it up...so may not be true.)
But yeah..totally disagree with the original posters assertion this is #1 a test, and that it is easy to pick the winners here.
