FHM serial number / license key issues

Hey guys, I pre ordered FHM a while back and was playin the beta for a while but then I got a new computer and when I went to install FHM and play it, it said that I couldn't activate right now and to try again in a few mins so I've been trying for a few days now,and its not working, I tried to email FHM support team but it says I need tickets or something and I don't know what that is so I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions, would LOVE to play the game again with new updates and suc.

You need to email support@ootpdevelopments.com - they will be able to help.

Each purchase entitles you to install on two computers at the same time. Sounds like perhaps you have inadvertently installed the game twice on the same computer.

Sorry folks, but it´s me again. Now the programm starts, but I cannot activate my license. The screen of the programm starts to blink and it says:
"The game could not be activated, please try again in a few minutes"

Tried a several times and also created ticket via support, but the problem is that you cannot choose FHM2014 at OOTP´s support.

I am very dissapointed at the moment. Maybe somebody has a clue

Can you find crash_report.txt at My Documents\Out of the Park Developments\Franchise Hockey Manager 2014\data\? What does the crash_report.txt say?

unfortunately not. The only installation i found is in the "programs" - folder. I also searched for the crash..., but no results

I think this is another problem not caused by the game. Got this message a several times with other programs. Will try to solve it and maybe come back later to
this issue.

When you installed the game, did you select the default installation folder or a custom installation folder? If you selected default then there really should be the crash_report.txt file where I mentioned. Otherwise it'll be in the custom folder you chose to install to. You really need to find this file because it will explain what the problem is.

You will then need to email support@ootpdevelopments.com with the contents of your crash_report.txt file.

Yeah, you can use the same licence on up to two computers.

keep getting the "The game could not be activated, please try again in a few minutes" error, seems to be a problem with esellerate. The website (esellerate.net) also appears to be down, any ideas?

Yeah I understand there has been a problem with eSellerate for approx the past 24 hours. ESellerate are aware of the problem. I'm afraid all we can do is wait for them to fix it.

That said, it looks like their website is up and running again and so perhaps the problem has been resolved.
