Signing free agents - unable to submit the offer

I'm playing with the finnish team TPS in the finnish league. I signed one player from the free transfers and now that I try to sign ANY(tried several) other player that is a free agent I won't be able to submit the offer... The player actually says yes to any offer I give, and "ask for response", but the "submit offer" button appears to be disabled as absolutely nothing happens when I click on it. I was trying to also check if there is any deadline for free agents, I also have room in the salary cap and I can constantly see other teams in the same league signing free agents.

Anyone have any idea what's going on?

P.S. playing the MAC version, if it makes any difference.

It's a known bug, hopefully it will be solved sooner or later

Ok, though so... Is there any chance that it will disappear if I progress with the game or is it there to stay (at least with the that particular save)?

I doubt it because I think it's a problem with all the euro leagues

Well, I guess I need to start a new one with NHL then... And see what bugs I run into there.
Hope this get's fixed soon, among the other major bugs.

In the NHL there are restrictions such as players' rights being owned by other teams, if you go on "FILTER" when in the free agent centre there's a box you can tick which says "Signable"

Should get rid of the players you can't sign for whatever reason. If you see other players you want then try trading for their rights.
