I just started my ehm game and i applied for all of the Nationals U-20 teams at beginning of August... I was just given news that 3 countries have gotten back to me Norway, Slovakia and Slovenia... Just wondering are those countries just U-20 Division 1 or WJC or do they have other tournaments as well like Finnish tournament and which and Slovenia and Norway are problemly the most challenging countries... who would have the most avail players for the european import draft or euro leagues..

Its a lot about nationality and language...so if you are Slovenian and can be a best manager in the world and you would hard get a USA or Canada job...

You can check most of the nations you applied took domestic managers right?

yah those teams got filled with gms from those countries... my question is slovakia, slovenia and norway do they take part in like the finnish tournament and such with sweden, finland, russia and czech or just the world juniors/world juniors 1 division... and if so can I still challenage those other countries as well.. when i mean challenage those other countries i mean like say in november or whenever then the country isnt player u can challenage teams like austria and those other countries that arent in those mini tournaments like russia, czech and etc... because if slovakia, slovenia or norway can or dont take part in those mini tournaments whichever team i take over i was just going to challenage the other countries like the ones who play in the division 1 as well as teams like swiss and such that are in world juniors that only play in the world juniors aka have my own summer camp tournament for the world juniors like the canada/usa did

Slovakia, Slovenia, and Norway U-20 teams do not play outside of the World Junior Championships, or Div 1 World Junior Championships. Only four U-20 teams: Russia, Sweden, Finland, and Czech Republic play in tournaments outside the main championship tournaments. For most of the "Four Nations" tournaments, the Canadian Hockey Leagues will not release their players, you can only take the ones playing in Europe. The exception is the Russian Four Nations Tournament, the roster you select for this tournament is the roster you will take with you to the World Juniors! As far as I know it is not possible (though I have never really tried) to play exhibition games, or have a training camp for your National Team.
